5Fund Withdrawal

9Account Termination

The maximum total liability of homi99 to any member under any circumstance is limited to the total amount deposited by that member within the 30 days preceding the claim.

11Privacy & Data Protection

In the event of any conflict between a translated version of these Terms and Conditions and the original English version, the English version shall prevail for the purposes of legal interpretation.
